Founder

Hello! I’m Ednei Estevez, a passionate Behavior Analyst with a heart for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families navigating neurodevelopmental disorders. With a solid foundation in psychology from Florida International University (2016) and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health and School Counseling from Carlos Albizu University, I embarked on a fulfilling journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2014. What started as a role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) blossomed into a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) position in 2018, and by 2020, I earned my stripes as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

My drive stems from a deep-rooted love for psychology and a natural affinity with children, who seem to gravitate towards me. The joy I found in a college class on behavior modification cemented my resolve to dedicate my career to this transformative field. Now, with a Psy.D in Clinical Psychology on the horizon and a knack for conducting insightful psychological evaluations for neurocognitive disorders, I’m reaching new heights in providing holistic care.

In every interaction, my goal is to utilize my expertise in ABA techniques to unlock a world of potential for children with ADHD, ODD, ASD, and DMDD. By fostering improved social, communication, and academic skills, and empowering families with the knowledge to manage challenging behaviors, I aim to create a ripple effect of positive change across Miami Dade and Broward.

Outside the professional realm, I’m an avid reader and a family-oriented individual, cherishing every moment spent with my loved ones. As I look ahead, my vision is clear – expand my reach to provide therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health and neurocognitive challenges. With each success story, my resolve only strengthens, fueling my enthusiasm for the journey ahead.
